I only know this one. Would love to see more 🙂
In reading this, I feel like I can smell and taste the river, and I’ve never been there. That, my friend, is excellent poetry.

So literal, and yet so not. To me the contrast lies within the ‘flatness’ of the Fen, and the life-giving water. Great poetry, Rachael.
