Love this one 🙂
Aww. Thank you!
Well, they CAN fly, so I suppose becoming an unwanted third-floor “tenant” isn’t out of the question! But certainly funny! An unusual and delightful haiku, Rachael! 😛
Thanks, Ron. I was just playing! Having said that, I think James Kirkup said that if after reading a haiku the reader thinks, ‘so what?’ (hence the title), then the poem can be regarded as a failure. After all it doesn’t make that last line perceptual shift…
Not fishing by the way… failure is fine 🙂
I love that cheeky title! All three lines here require a perspective shift of the reader. They’re all unexpected. So it’s like three haiku in one. Very cool, Rachael.
Hmm. Yes, I did mean to be provocative! Thank you for having the faith, Miranda xxx
Another rather special one and as with the recent one I commented upon I cannot say why I like it so much such is your gift for throwing the subliminal into play!
I don’t mind why you like it, Mike. Just rather pleased that you do 🙂
A perfect response! Thank you 🙂
