  • morning found me again!!!!! rats!

  • For me a metaphor for youth and age, and how ‘age’ can become trapped by ‘youth’ or freed by it. It’s all about how we choose to respond to the changes and challenges brought by ‘youth’. I knew there was a reason for having children!
    Lovely work. Take care, Chris.

Thanks, Chris. I really liked your take on this, and do agree. For me, it was a signifier of strength and determination, ie. not to be put off by life’s obstacles, but to continue along our chosen path – in this case disguised as three lines of whimsy! Have a peaceful weekend.

  • Miranda Stone says:

Haha! Love that last line. Sometimes we have to put up with a little discomfort to continue our catnaps. 😉

    • Rachael Charmley says:

YES! Many interpretations possible here, which means I’m satisfied with it. But this morning I’m thinking I need to cultivate my feline nature 🙂

  • Lovely….the essence of cat in light 🙂

    • Rachael Charmley says:

Thank you. Cats always seem to be where they need to be…
Actually that’s not true. I remember the one that was accidentally shut in a doll’s house by a very small person with a lot of curls. He was also the one I fished out of a water butt when he fell out of a tree… suppose even cats get it wrong sometimes…:-)
