Print, frame hang in a favorite nook, aim two small lamps…and enjoy forever!!!
Alternately, frame and then give to a special friend! Gorgeous!

Ha! That’s very generous of you, my friend. Maybe in twenty years …
I have thoroughly enjoyed your last dozen or so poems. They were superb – and I do not say that often about anyone’s haiku. Apologies for not responding other than a ‘like’ – these last couple of weeks have left me overloaded 🙂

Ah, this one evokes a sense of nostalgia. Nothing lasts forever. And what a beautiful painting! I can see how it would inspire a haiku.

Thank you! It is a gorgeous picture. I was thinking about failed love affairs when I found it.
I am missing reading your pieces. Looking forward to it very much 🙂

This is so pretty Rachael 🙂 Captures the transience so beautifully. The structure of the poem itself, it being a Haiku, demonstrates this very transience. I love how you end on ‘even blossom falls’ 🙂 Thank you for sharing!
