For the perfect time, which, of course, may never arrive. I feel that they need to step (or fly) bravely forward and see what the day brings!
I love the title of this poem–it puts the words into an entirely different light. Maybe the sparrows are putting their trust in the rhythms of Mother Nature? Not sure, but I very much enjoyed this, Rachael.
Thank you, Miranda. I nearly didn’t post this poem as it seemed rather weak, but as you say, the title made a difference, perhaps having the function similar to the usual last line of a classic haiku. Once again, thank you, and hope all well with you.
