Ah yes, once wrote down a poem in my dream, still lost it on waking.
Nice to know I’m not alone 🙂
Sadly so often the case. Best not to try too hard to remember, then, if you’re lucky, the words may seep back.
So right. I never try and catch them these days. If the ideas run off I figure they were not meant for me…:-)

I remember a TED talk given by Siri Hudsvelt awhile back. She was talking about ideas – how to have them and catch them, I think. She recounted a tale about an elderly women poet who used to have ideas at the wrong time in the wrong place. When this happened the old lady would race home, try and overtake the idea, then catch it! I do like that! xx
