I never thought of it before but – ah! – this is so true.
Smells, sounds, etcetera that act as triggers to (at least my) flagging memory!
Incredibly poignant, Rachael, and beautiful.
Thank you, my friend.
My best to you.
Poignant, indeed Rachael.
Reminds me that i need to drive over to Indiana (or Minnesota, Pennsylvania, North Dakota, or diverse other places) and get a cutting of Grandma’s lilac bush.
So many memories are recalled by the things we do. Thanks.
So true, Neo.
🙂 have a good week, dear friend.
And you, dear friend. J and I are in the midst of persistent virus that keeps coming and going… Roll on springtime 🙂
You, too, eh? Mine started about a week before his, and seems to be mostly cleared up, nor was it quite as bad, although bad enough. Get well, and you have my sympathy. 🙂
His just keeps coming back and back. I think he needs some time off – chance be a fine thing! Mine has been lurking for three weeks. The tiredness is the worst bit! Keep well 🙂
Indeed, and the drugs make it worse, knocked me down for most of a week. and it too came back, both of you get some rest, it’ll all keep, He says, not that he listens either 😉
As always, you cover a lot of ground with so few, yet vivid and effective, words, my friend. This one is an emotional thunderstorming feast. Thank you. p.s. I see from conversation above that you are still or again under the weather :/. Sorry to hear that. Sending positive vibes! xxo
Vibes received!! Thank you ❤
