Glad you liked it! And thank you 🙂
Thank you. Oh my creaking bones. An acknowledgement we’re all getting old… 🙂
Ha! Forgetting of candles is always a most welcome discovery!
Hmm. I haven’t had the correct number of candles on my cake for a long time… Oh woe 😦
Nor I. We’re lucky that way, Rachael 🙂
Who needs candles – well maybe to remind us how old we are!
Oooh 😦 It’s ok for some 😦 I didn’t even get a cake 😦 😦
I’m sending some over now by pigeon post… 🙂
That’s made my day!
Is it there yet…
The pigeon made a bit of a mess at my front door. Which just goes to show you can’t have your cake and eat it.
Damn pigeon.I knew it was a bad ‘un when I coaxed it out of the apple tree where it sits all day leaving messages on my car roof. Tomorrow – when it gets light – I shall drag his little brother out of the tree and pack him off with a pigeon proof rucksac on his back….
You’re too candle. I shall purchase some candles!
‘rolls around on floor with bad hiccups…’
Ha! Well done, Rachael of the Loom. Weaving words, laughter, and threads as a master. Thank you for the deliciousness. xxo
Er, mistress? I still like master….
I like ‘mistress’ today. It makes me feel Victorian, and in my mind’s eye I wear a frilly bonnet and have a tiny waist. But tomorrow?
I am loving the images of you in your garden overlooking the marsh. So evocative. Take care my dear friend XXX
awesome poem. Love how you do so much in a tiny word space. I hope I may reblog you in the future? I found you thru Chloe (Sirena Tales) and love weavers, cake bakers, and poets!
Thank you for your appreciation. I hope you enjoy the blog 🙂
