I like the idea of contrasting the whizziness of the city and Tai Chi as a walking meditation…
And you know, it is also better than not remembering to breathe 🙂 But seriously, yet again you capture a moment and a mood with such exquisite accuracy. You never fail to lift the day onto a better plane – and I don’t always say thanks – but I always mean it 🙂 xx
